Green Communities

Since our founding in 1996, GVB has pioneered green residential neighborhood communities incorporating environmentally sound architecture, energy and water conservation, garbage collection sorting and active public participation. In 2000, GVB presented their Green Community model to the Beijing Olympic Bid Committee, who subsequently adopted the model. In addition, nearly 100 government leaders replicated the model across Beijing following a visit to GVB’s Green Community.
